1ST GENERATION
Georges Guédon (1897 – 1991) and his wife Elisabeth Guédon born Berthoud (1899 – 1987)
1931
With the help of his wife, Elisabeth, Georges Guédon establishes his fiduciary company in sole proprietorship.
They set up the company’s office in their apartment, located on rue de Genève, then from 1936, at 5, rue du Midi.
1937
Georges Guédon liquidates a major bank active in the Swiss Riviera. The fiduciary company’s workload increases significantly.

2ND GENERATION
1954
Roger Guédon joins his father’s company after graduating from the actuarial science program of HEC Lausanne and two years of work experience in Zurich.

1955
Acquisition of the company’s first electro-mechanical calculator.
1973
Foundation of the company’s property management services.
1977
François Guédon (Georges’s grandson and Roger’s son) starts working for the company upon graduating from HEC.
His sister Jacqueline also joins the family-run company and works there for eight years.
1988

3RD GENERATION

1988
François Guédon takes over the family business after the death of his father, Roger.
1992
François relocates the company’s office to 10, rue Beau-Séjour, the company’s current headquarters.
1996
The company’s first website is launched.
2000
François changes the company’s name to convert it into a limited company (SA)
2002
They set out to transform the Beau-Séjour premises: two additional offices are built on the upper floor. Their IT system is hosted on an external server.
2006
We celebrate our 75th anniversaryewith 12 people around the table.
We are proud that our company has grown over the years, with a current team of 17 people.
4TH GENERATION
Jean-Christophe Guédon
2015
Sven Carrara takes over as General Manager.

A new organizational structure is created: a corporate name is given to each separate business activity.
The Guédon name is thus associated with the following branches:
- Guédon Fiduciaire SA
- Guédon Gérance SA
- Guédon Révision SA
- Guédon Services Sàrl
This new legal structure has gone hand in hand with the creation of a new visual identity, inspired by the first years of the company’s life.
