Our dedicated property management service takes care of the day-to-day running of your property. As part of this service we will : collect rent, stand as the main point of contact for the tenant, arrange repairs, provide the landlord with advice on any relevant legislation, organise a professional cleaner for the property. We furnish detailed accounts at each end of year and will willingly present a budget if desired. The available assets are transferred every six months.
Our property team will arrange works, orders, chase up contractors, update you on progress of works and assist you in maintaining the high standard of your property. There will be many different professions and trades (architects, building site controllers, foremen) involved, their viewpoints not always coinciding, we will coordinate and conciliate in your best interests. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our team performs to our exacting standards at all times.
